Deep straw yellow, a classic ripe fruit chardonnay nose with apple, light roasted oak and mineral character. Full bodied with fine tannins and a fresh finish., a blend of tropical fruit and vanilla with appealing notes of spices – elegant structure and superb finish.

Chianti Colli Senesi 2004 DOCG Felsina-Castello Di Farnetella

Deep purple flecked ruby red in colour with ample wild berries on the nose. Layered with nuances of spice.  Palate shows smoothness lingering with fruit and vanilla notes.

Rancia Riserva Chianti Classico 2001 DOCG Felsina Berardenga

Spicy nose with floral notes and wild berry nuances, Mediterranean herbs, which continue in the mouth nicely complimented by a dense, soft fabric of youthful tannins. A truly lively and refreshing, fully ripe expression of Chianti and this vintage.

Fontalloro 2003 IGT Toscana Felsina-Berardenga

One of the greatest ‘Super-Tuscans'.  A rich ruby red wine, spicy on the nose, generous notes of tobacco, and wet earth, superb weight and structure, with a classic finish. In some years when weather conditions are not suitable, this wine is not released at all. A year when this wine is actually released is testament to the quality of the wine.

Course V

Trio- Mexican chocolate pudding, Passion fruit cheese cake, Fresh fruit tart

Vin Santo chianti classico DOCG Felsina-Berardenga

Gold yellow with coppery highlights. Scents of peach, apricot and ripe pineapple. The palate demonstrates considerable weight, velvety smoothness and elegant fruit nicely married to the oak. The finish is satisfyingly lengthy .
