Q'BA Wine Brunch (#22/53)- A Pleasant Experience

The wine brunch at Q'BA was a perfect New Year start for the activities of the Delhi Wine Club. The menu designed and executed by Chef Felix had kept the wines of the day in mind ( An Italian Pinot Grigio, Chard, Merlot and  Shiraz from Valdivieso , Chile supplied by Sovereign Impex Pvt Ltd, the leading importer of Chilean wines).

*  Potato salad with roasted jalapenos and smoked corn

*  Greek salad with marinated feta and queen olives

*  Vegetarian Caesar salad

*  Grilled Vegetables and Mozzarella with balsamic reduction

*  Creamy Arrabiata penne with market vegetables

*  Red Bean chili and crispy paneer

*  Slowly smoked Jamaican jerk chicken
