The day long session from 11 am -5 p.m. will be conducted by Ms. Daniele Raulet Reynaud, a French Sommelier and Sopexa lecturer. Different qualities of French wine including some Premier and Grand Crus will be provided for tasting. Incidentally, Sopexa is the French body to promote export of French wines. A highlight of the sessions this year is an introduction to French Cheeses, and their pairing with wine besides the topics covering guided tour of French vineyards, wine tasting, preparing wine lists, storing, selling and pairing wine and food. The registration for the seminar is Rs. 1000 per person inclusive of all taxes and lunch. The charges barely cover the material costs. The seminar will be extremely educational and will increase your wine knowledge and wine tasting prowess.
