Sula has a wonderful harvest 2006

Sula expects another wonderful harvest this year as the season comes to close. Our vineyards experienced a healthy monsoon for a second year in a row with a mild and sunny winter resulting in wines bursting with lots of fruity flavours' informs a company spokesperson. Their wine master from California , Kerry Damskey was in Nasik this month to blend his eighth consecutive Sula vintage with winemaker Ajoy Shaw's team. Kerry has been a consultant to the project from beginning

Sula has crushed a record 2000 tons of fruit this year and expects to fill 1.2 million bottles with their Chenin, Sauvignons, Cab-Shiraz and Dindori Reserve Shiraz and the recently added Red Zinfandel , not to forget the table wine Madera .

Overall, vintage 2006 is shaping up to be a good vintage for whites and an excellent one for reds! So look out for the favourite reds.
