Sopexa will organise the next edition of The Sopexa French Wine Training Series in the cities of Bangalore (on October 8th) and New Delhi (on October 9th and 10th). The sessions will be conducted by the well-known Sommelier of Europe, Franck Thomas.

Franck progressed from being the "Best Young Sommelier in Provence" to the title of "Best Sommelier of France" before receiving the Ruinart Trophy for Europe in 2000. Franck is also the co-inventor of "Clef du Vin", an instrument to measure ageing potential of wines, and co-owner of the Michelin star "Le Parcours"

Sunday October 9th &Monday October 10th - Vin de France, a Comprehensive Wine Training Seminar 11.00am - 6.00pm at Le Meridien, New Delhi. Franck will take participants on a tour of fabled French Vineyards in the major wine regions, and taste selected wines. The Sommelier shares his insights into compiling wine lists, storing, selling, serving wines covering fads and exploding a few myths. Registration Rs. 1250 per person inclusive of lunch
