The complimentary Wine tasting at the IFE- India was attended by 28 members during the 3 days. Though the tasting was only for select group of invitees from the Trade, we had negotiated with the organizers to allow all our members to taste over 50 wine s available for sampling.

Wines from Spain , Argentina , Singapore , Hungary , South Africa and Australia were available for tasting. Notable were from Bodegas Vinya Extremenya , Spain (www.vinexsa.com) , Felix Solis from the La Mancha region (www.felixsolis.com), and Bodega Tikalo ( www.bodegatikalo.com) .

The biggest advantage of such tastings is that one gets to meet the wine makers or the reps directly. It gives another dimension to wine education process apart from tasting multiple wine s.
