Tasting Notes

champagne drappier (ace beveragez)

brut carte d’or
firm, rich and intense, with concentrated pear, spice, vanilla, complex.
the long floral finish has a spicy hazelnut aftertaste.
90% pinot noir, 7% chardonnay, 3% pinot meunier.

brut rosé
one of the rare ones to be made by «saignée» method
which gives notes of raspberries, blackberries, richness
and volume in the palate. 100% pinot noir.

joseph drouhin chablis réserve 2010 (prestige wines)
exclusively made from biodynamic vineyards from chardonnay.
it has fresh aromas of lemon, citrus and shades of coriander.
on the palate, dry and fruity, with mineral notes. lively and long aftertaste.

cakebread cellars napa valley chardonnay 2010 (brindco)
apple, pear and oaky notes in the nose. creamy, nutty
and buttery on the palate with baking spice. long and persistent taste.
 a complex premium medium bodied offering of chardonnay. excellent food wine.

tbilvino 2010 /askaneli mukuzani 2005 kakheti georgia
(tabuni wines)
made from the local saperavi grapes, these are very clean wines
with intense aromas of red fruits and cherries. with hint of coffee, cinnamon
and licorice. tannins have a good grip. juicy wine with fresh acidity.

valdivieso caballo loco no. 13 (agnetta international)
solera wine with 50 % of the current vintage 2008 and 50% of the solera started in 1990.
intense aromas of ripe berries, spicy and smoky. full bodied and a structure,
concentrated with velvety tannins and juicy mid palate.
cabernet sauvignon, syrah, malbec, carménère.

cesari amarone della valpolicella 2007 (hema connoisseur)
the slow withering process of corvina and rondinella grapes result in intense
and full body wine with typical ripe fruits, jam and kirsch.
warm in the palate, tannins and very long finish.

torres mas la plana 2008 (prestige wines)
intense aromas of berries, cherry jam and delicate toasted notes
given by the ageing in french oak. lot of structure and volume in the palate.
tannic with earthy aromas and prunes. 100% cabernet sauvignon.

torres moscatel oro floralis (prestige wines)
unmistakable intense floral perfume characteristic of muscat grapes, very intense.
the palate is luscious with lot of volume and extremely long.
fortified wine made from muscat of alexandria.
