STARTER

Paneer Tikka
Char grilled, Cottage cheese chunks marinated in yogurt and home pounded spices.

Tandoori Gobhi
Cheese, mint and coriander stuffed cauliflower deep fried in gram flour batter, finished in clay oven.

Chicken Tikka
Char grill chicken marinated with cheese,yogurt,cardamom and mace.

Mutton Seekh Kebab
Minced mutton cooked on skewers, with exotic spices.

Specialty of Dhaba – a lamb curry

Butter Chicken
Boneless pieces of chicken simmered in rich tomatoes gravy, cream and butter, flavoured with fenugreek.

Paneer Kadhai
Stir fried cottage cheese cubes and bell peppers toss with Kadhai masala in onion tomato gravy.

Baigan Bhartha
Char grilled brinjal stir fried with garlic, onion and tomatoes.

Dal Makhani
Black lentils cooked over night and finished with butter and cream.

Hing Dhania Key Aloo
Potatoes toss with crushed coriander seeds and dry mango powder.
